The Director, Advisor Relations is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Advisor channel (attorneys, accountants, financial advisors) as well as active management of the company marketing program. This is a premier firm providing estate planning and exceptional service (policy and trust administration) for ultra-high net worth individuals. This position works closely with others and within the established framework to maintain and further develop the Company’s brand.


1. Source, develop, assess, and maintain relationships with key advisors (attorneys, accountants, investment managers, financial planners, family offices, etc.)
· Develop reputation as a resource; establish advisory relationships with 3rd parties
· Seek out & cultivate new advisors
· Generate leads through personal and professional contacts

2. Coordinate the continued development and enhancement of the company brand via marketing efforts including:
· Content development

  • Case Studies
    - White papers
    - Bulletins/Alerts
    - Other mailings
  • Targeted event strategy
    · Membership in industry organizations

    3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement a marketing plan

  • Marketing strategy
    · Budget
    · Process for assessing actual results against plan

    4. Actively and visibly support firm culture

  • Highest standards of quality work product and service
    · Strict confidentiality of client and firm information


  • Strong attention to detail
    · Self-starter with a results orientation; well-developed, proven marketing process
    · Demonstrated support of revenue generation via thought leadership
    · Solid business judgment with strong analytical, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
    · Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
