A family in Pinecrest is seeking a professional and nurturing full-time nanny to care for two boys, ages 4½ and 2 years old. The mother is expecting a third child in April 2026, and additional childcare support will be hired at that time. This position focuses primarily on the care and development of the two boys. A full-time housekeeper is also employed in the home.

The ideal candidate will have experience caring for infants and toddlers, live within a reasonable commute to the Pinecrest area or be open to a live-in arrangement, and be seeking a long-term opportunity to grow with a family.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with weekends off

(The position offers the option to live in or live out, with a private room available for live-in arrangements)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast and assist with getting the children ready for school each morning
• Prepare lunch and care for the younger child upon his return home at 12:00 p.m. (feeding, nap routine, and afternoon activities)
• Cook healthy meals for the children and assist with the dinner and bedtime routine
• Handle all child-related laundry and maintain organization of children’s areas
• Engage the children in age-appropriate activities, indoor and outdoor play, and outings
• Occasionally drive the children to activities or appointments (a plus if able to do so)
• Occasionally travel with the family within the U.S. once or twice per year
• Collaborate with the family and the full-time housekeeper to ensure a smooth household routine

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional childcare experience
• Experience caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children
• Ability to plan engaging, educational, and creative activities
• Warm, active, and reliable personality with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• U.S. work authorization
• Must love children and enjoy spending time engaging them

Compensation & Benefits: $72,800 annually, Two weeks paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays, and performance-based bonus.
