Full-Time Housekeeper – Luxury Residences (Brickell, Miami)

We are excited to offer a great opportunity for a full-time Housekeeper in Brickell, Downtown Miami. A family with two residences in a luxury condominium is seeking a reliable, diligent, and family-friendly household staff member.
The household includes a couple and their 7-month-old son, as well as two adult extended family members. They also have a 6-year-old Akita dog (65 lbs), who is usually at the office and not present during services.
They value consistency, professionalism, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enjoy maintaining a clean and organized home, and feel comfortable around children and pets. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Start each day in Unit 1, then transition to Unit 2
Responsibilities
Unit 1 (1,300 sq. ft.) — Morning Duties
- Begin shift at 7:00 AM in Unit 1
- Prepare breakfast for household members
- Perform daily cleaning, tidying, and organization
- Manage laundry, ironing, and linen changes as needed
Unit 2 (1,000 sq. ft.) — Midday Duties
- Transition to Unit 2 after breakfast service and morning cleaning in Unit 1
- General housekeeping and daily cleaning (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living spaces)
- Laundry, ironing, and closet organization
- Assist with tidying and maintaining a baby-friendly environment
- Provide occasional support with childcare for the 7-month-old (under parents’ direction)
General Duties Across Both Units
- Weekly deep-cleaning tasks (appliances, windows, organization)
- Grocery assistance and light meal preparation as needed
- Restocking household supplies
- Coordinating with family members to keep both residences in order
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping and household management experience
- Ability to cook simple, healthy meals (breakfasts and light lunch prep)
- Comfort with infants and willingness to provide childcare assistance
- Must be comfortable around dogs
- Punctual, diligent, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to manage time effectively between two residences
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $35 to $45 per hour based on experience, other benefits to be discussed
