We are looking for a full time experienced and polished Housekeeper for a luxury home in Miami Beach. The ideal person will be service oriented with exceptional attention to detail and maintaining the highest standards. This person must also be comfortable around one small, friendly dog.

Schedule

• Full time, Wednesday through Sunday, 40 hours per week
• Flexibility required during events

Requirements;

• Daily cleaning and periodic deep cleaning to the highest standards
• Proper care and maintenance of fine surfaces, furniture, appliances
• Laundry and garment care
• Closet, drawers, and cabinet organization
• Inventory of toiletries and amenities to ensure home is always fully stocked
• Inventory of cleaning and household supplies
• Inventory of all linens - sheets, towels, etc
• Refrigerator and pantry inventory and organization and disposal of expired products
• Receiving packages/deliveries and putting them away
• Daily periodic sweeps of residence to ensure house is always in impeccable condition
• Pet care - feeding and walking owner’s dog as needed
• Sweeping outdoor patios
• Skim pool of any debris
• Addressing owner’s and guests’ needs such as replacing towels, getting water, providing toiletries, etc
• Weekly interior cleaning of owner’s boat or as needed
• Event set up, service and post event clean up as needed
• Occasional food preparation upon request
• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in private service, luxury homes, or large estates
• Service oriented
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Reliable, professional, and trustworthy
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively
• Must have personal vehicle
