A professional family of three in Tribeca is seeking a full-time Executive Housekeeper to care for and maintain their 3,400 sq. ft. luxury apartment. This role is ideal for a candidate who takes pride in delivering five-star standards of housekeeping while also bringing reliability, organization, and support to the home.

The family values someone who can keep their household running smoothly day-to-day while ensuring the home environment is spotless, comfortable, and well-organized.

 

Schedule: The family prefers an earlier start, where the candidate can prepare breakfast and help the child get up and ready for school — ideally Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. However, they can be flexible with a later schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

 

Start Date: Immediate

         Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning of all rooms, including deep cleaning on a rotational basis.
  • Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management with care and attention to detail.
  • Maintain household organization, including closets, pantries, and storage spaces.
  • Prepare breakfast each morning and help set up the home for the day.
  • Assist with the child’s morning routine (getting dressed, preparing for school).
  • Manage household supplies and grocery lists, restocking as needed.
  • Accept deliveries, manage returns, and handle errands efficiently.
  • Coordinate with building staff, service providers, and vendors for household needs.
  • Perform walkthroughs to ensure everything is in good working order and report issues promptly.

     

    Requirements

     

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Executive Housekeeper in a private home.
  • Excellent cleaning, laundry, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with basic household technology ( smart-home systems, apps).
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and flexibility in adapting to family needs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Light cooking (daily breakfast)

     

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80k–$100k, based on experience.
