A couple in Coconut Grove, Miami, is seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeper to care for and maintain their 2,000 sq. ft. single-family home. The ideal candidate will be organized, thorough, and take pride in keeping the home clean, comfortable, and well-managed. The household consists of two adults who travel frequently during the summer months, when the schedule shifts to three days per week for light upkeep and maintenance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible start time — either 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform daily general cleaning of the home (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.)
• Handle laundry and ironing of household linens and clothing
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the home
• Restock household supplies as needed
• Assist with receiving and letting in vendors, including landscapers and pool maintenance staff
• Notify principals of any maintenance or household needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience in a private home
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Must live within a reasonable commute to Coconut Grove

Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour, open to discuss other benefits
