An active family of six (couple and four children) seeks an experienced and detail-oriented part-time Housekeeper to assist in the maintenance and care of their private residence, as well as occasional assistance with the children. There is a full-time housekeeper and nanny on staff, and this candidate will serve as a fill-in housekeeper supporting the current housekeeper.

Location: This position will begin in Pinecrest, FL, and the family will be relocating to a new home in Miami Beach in December 2025. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in both locations.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a “can-do” attitude, upbeat personality, and a high level of organization and motivation. Candidates must be hardworking and have prior experience working in a high-end home setting.

Schedule:

• Part-time, 2 days a week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Workdays can be either Tuesday or Wednesday, and Friday (required)
• Year-round commitment
• Flexibility to fill in or adjust days as needed

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Laundress duties – laundry and ironing of clothing and linens, hand-washing and steaming of linens and garments, and care for high-end and fine garments
• Travel packing/unpacking
• Stain removal expertise
• Use of organic, non-toxic cleaning products
• Hand washing and drying delicates and high-end clothing
• General housekeeping and deep cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, proper garbage disposal, etc.
• Maintain household guest-readiness
• Organize clothes and closets for all family members – knowing where items belong and ensuring they are put back properly
• Be trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, and positive – able to work well with other staff and help outside normal scope when needed
• Prepare simple family meals and green juice – healthy, fresh options for adults and children (salads, prepped fruit, etc.)
• Keep household supplies stocked and refreshed
• Organize daily tasks to ensure completion
• Comfortable around children and dogs – willing to assist as needed
• Handle errands, special requests, and related duties as needed
• Adaptable to changing family needs

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with high-net-worth private families or individuals
• Strong references from previous private employers
• Must sign an NDA

Compensation:
$27.50 per hour, subject to tax withholding
