Job Title: Domestic Couple – Live-In (4-Day Schedule)
Location: Miami Beach, Florida
Compensation: Starting at $200,000k per year (DOE) + PTO, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay
Schedule: 5 consecutive Live-In Days / 2 Days Off

A private couple residing in a beautiful single-family residence in Miami Beach is seeking a professional, discreet, and experienced Domestic Couple for a long-term, live-in role. This is a hands-on, full-charge household management position with responsibilities for both the interior and exterior of the property.

Job Details:

• Accommodation Provided: Private 1-bedroom detached apartment on the property
• Team Structure: Full-time housekeeper and small grounds crew already on staff
• Schedule: Flexible 4-day live-in rotation with 3 consecutive days off

Key Responsibilities:

• Full household and property management
• Overseeing vendors, contractors, and grounds crew
• Hands-on maintenance: minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical fixes, filter/bulb changes
• Deep cleaning, pressure washing, upkeep of outdoor spaces, pool, and walkways
• Daily housekeeping, bed making, linen changes, and organization
• Laundry and wardrobe care, including fine linens and garments
• Cooking and serving light, healthy meals (breakfast, lunch, occasional dinners)
• Assisting with small dinner parties and entertaining
• Errands: grocery shopping, dry cleaning, mail/package management
• Polishing silver, care of fine furnishings, and appliance upkeep
• Keeping inventory and restocking household supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a domestic couple or housekeeper/houseman in a formal residence
• Local to South Florida (preferred)
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Fluent in English
• Non-smokers
• Discreet, professional, and reliable
