Busy family in Miami Shores, seeks a full-charge, hands-on Executive Housekeeper/Home Manager — split shift Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–12:00 pm & 5:00–9:00 pm. Bi-Lingual Spanish & English. Both principals are co-founders of a successful company who work from home in separate offices, travel frequently, and lead busy, active lives. The family consists of two adults and one dog. The residence is a 3,000 sq. ft. single-level home featuring one primary suite, two offices, a small gym, a pool, a small garage, and a deck/pergola area. The household maintains very high standards—organized, clean, and efficient—with clear expectations for punctuality, dependability, reliability, organization, and clear communication.

        Schedule

• Workdays: Monday–Friday; Saturday/Sunday off.
• Hours: Split shift 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 5:00–9:00 PM (may vary as needed).
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Live-in Option Available – (Open to live-in in the future; accommodations are being built. A nearby temporary room may be considered until the space is ready).

   

  Responsibilities

• Housekeeping (inside & outside): Bathrooms, bedrooms, all floors, laundry, outside pool area, deck, appliances (inside & out), garage, dog’s area.
• Culinary: Cook breakfast or lunch, and dinner; serve and clean up; handle minimal daytime requests.
• Typical meal times: lunch 11:30 AM–12:00 PM; dinner ~7:30 PM.
• Order groceries for meals and pantry stock.
• Order household supplies (cleaning products, pantry refills, etc.).
• Pet care: Walk the dog twice daily. ( dog sit when the family travels)
• Packages: Unbox, dispose of packaging, organize items.
• Vendor oversight: Be on-site to coordinate/monitor vendors (plumber, electrician, A/C maintenance, pool, handyman, pest control) and ensure quality/cleanliness after work.

   

  Requirement:

• Language: Spanish required; English a plus.
• Profile: Fit and active; comfortable with a dog (no allergies).
• License: Driver’s license a plus (not required).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years working in a private home in Miami in a hybrid housekeeping/house-management capacity.

         Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $35 to $40 per hour based on experience
• Two Weeks PTO: (1 week in winter and 1 week in summer)
