A private family residing in South Miami is seeking an experienced Hybrid House Manager to oversee the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of their high-end residence. The home is a single-family property spanning over 5,000 sq. ft. and occupied by a household of three (a couple and one child).
This is a part-time role with flexible hours (minimum 20 hours per week) and a combination of remote and on-site duties.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and professional, with prior experience managing similar properties and supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule, oversee, and support household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and projects
• Maintain accurate household inventory and manage ordering of supplies
• Create and track household budgets and expenses
• Conduct regular inspections of the property, inside and out, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Research, obtain bids, evaluate, and engage vendors and contractors as needed
• Run errands locally; occasional longer driving errands may be required
• Knowledge of household smart home technology, light maintenance, changing filters, and light bulbs
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and service
• Keep household manuals updated
• Provide pet care (two cats) while the family is away
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Other duties as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar house management role
• Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) preferred
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with care
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and email correspondence
Compensation:
