Private household located in Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced and professional Domestic Couple to manage and oversee the smooth running of their residence. Role is specifically broken down into a couple with Butler & Chef experience. Two-person household, a couple who split their time (50/50) between their Palm Beach & Hampton residences, candidates must be available to travel and work in both locations.

Palm Beach residence is an 8 bedroom home fully staffed with housekeepers.

The ideal couple will be highly skilled in butler service, gourmet cooking, household management, ensuring a high standard of care. The Butler will focus on household operations, formal service, and driving, while the Chef will be responsible for meal planning, preparation, and kitchen management.

Schedule: 5 ½ or 6 days when the principals are in residence

Live-In Accommodation:

- Palm Beach: 2 bed 2 bath detached house with kitchen, living room & laundry

- Hamptons: 2 bed 2 bath guest cottage with kitchen, living room & laundry

Key Responsibilities:

Butler Responsibilities:

• Provide formal and informal butler service for the principals and guests. Serving/ waiting tables etc.
• Manage vendors, and contractors. Work alongside housekeeping staff
• Oversee household inventory, supplies, and security
• Assist couple with personal requests such as packing/unpacking for travel
• Assist with planning & servicing occasional small dinner
• Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standard
• Driving the couple to appointments, events etc.
• Running errands

Chef Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve breakfast and light lunches for the couple
• Plan weekly menus and source high-quality ingredients
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Accommodate special dietary requirements and requests
• Manage food and beverage inventory and grocery shopping
• Cater for small gatherings/dinners as needed

Requirements:

• MINIMUM 3 years experience as a Domestic Couple in a high-end private household. MINIMUM 5 years industry experience
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:
