Family in Brickell is looking to hire a housekeeper for their three bedroom, 2800 sq ft home. Household consists of a couple, their two children, two dogs and one cat. Schedule is Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm. Responsibilities include general housekeeping and organizing of the home. Light cooking is a plus (Ex. Toast, eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, salads etc.)

Job Duties include:

• Daily housekeeping and cleaning. Organizing all areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing etc.
• Daily bed making
• Cleaning the bathrooms, wiping countertop surfaces & mirrors, clearing trash bins, changing towels
• Knowledge of different surfaces and their proper care (Marble, stainless steel, wood, glass etc.)
• Kitchen cleanup. Dishes, loading & unloading dishwasher
• Cleaning out fridge & cabinets. Ensure home is fully stocked
• Laundry & ironing, shoe care, dry cleaners as needed. Organizing closets & wardrobe
• Pet care
• All other housekeeping related duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a housekeeper
• Verifiable references
• Pet friendly

Compensation & benefits: Starting at $30 per hour. PTO, Paid Sick days & Holidays
