Title: Data Analyst

Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s various departments, including Accounting & Finance, Business & Consumer Lending, Digital Products and Services, and Risk Management. You will be responsible for analyzing financial and business data, identifying trends and indicators, and providing insights that will help shape business strategies and improve company services, operations and financials.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the financial industry.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data analysis needs and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Assist in the implementation of data analytics tools and platforms.
• Participate in the development and execution of data-driven strategies for business growth and efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics activities.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau and/or PowerBI).
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and data mining.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
