Description: Baton Rouge law firm seeks Associate Attorney to join the Business practice group. This well-respected group of attorneys enjoy a collaborative work environment and have very little turnover. The practice is made up of corporate transactions, business, real estate and finance, focusing on business and finance transactions ranging from acquisitions, divestitures and mergers to corporate governance and organization for large and small companies. Commercial real estate experience is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong academics and interest in pursuing a transactional practice.
