Boutique law firm with clients in healthcare among other industries seeks an attorney to handle overflow corporate work. The ideal candidate will have experience with M&A deals under $20 million and other outside counsel transactional matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients

• Provide legal advice on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and employment law

• Negotiate and draft contracts and other legal documents

• Represent clients in corporate transactions

• Manage outside counsel relationships

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school

• 3+ years of experience as a corporate attorney

• Strong understanding of corporate law and M&A transactions

• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
