Associate Attorney

Job Posting: Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our prestigious government practice as general counsel and bond counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to government agencies and municipalities on a wide range of issues, including public finance, land use, and administrative law

   

• Draft and review contracts, ordinances, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and write memoranda and briefs

• Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to provide efficient and effective legal services

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from a top 10 law school

• 2-4 years of experience as an Associate Attorney in a law firm

• Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
