Corporate Controller

National Company with their HQs in Miami is looking to hire a Corporate Controller. This position will manage an accounting department of up to 10 people.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review the monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements including general ledger analysis and reconciliations
  • Compile, prepare and analyze accounting reports
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
  • Assist in the budgeting, forecasting and annual planning process
  • Oversee A/P and A/R functions
  • Provide strategic analysis related to the business operations
  • Perform special accounting projects as requested by the Executive team
  • Supervise, lead and mentor accounting staff

Requirements:

  • CPA license; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • At least 8 years of corporate accounting experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Large ERP accounting experience
