Executive Assistant

A high-profile organization, based in Aventura, FL is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support Senior Executives within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Executives' calendar which includes scheduling appointments/meetings and confirming all logistics and details including attendees, conference room and video/conference details
  • Arrange corporate travel itineraries and agendas including lodging and meeting accommodations
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
  • Assist with preparing presentations and executive packages including editing, printing, binding, copying; draft memos and type verbal dictations
  • Perform administrative support functions including answering/screening calls, maintenance of contact lists, ad hoc errands and requests on a daily basis
  • Assist with correspondence, such as memos and letters, as well as data entry
  • Perform basic office functions when needed, such as filing, copying, faxing, and ordering office supplies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience working for high-profile executives
  • Meticulous organization, attention to detail and superior time management skills
  • Outstanding professionalism and confidentiality is a must
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy and ability to work independently
