Financial Planning & Analysis Senior

Private Equity backed company based in West Palm Beach, FL, is looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior. You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical projects as well as have direct contact with C-Suite Executives from the company as well as from the private equity firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive financial statements, reports, data books and dashboards that provide leadership and stakeholders with timely, accurate and relevant results of the business.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning process.
  • Review monthly P&L and perform variance analysis.
  • Prepare and review cash flow statements and forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with departments across the organization, gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior management, providing timely and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4-6 years of finance and accounting experience including variance analysis, budgets, forecasting, modeling, cash flow, P&L, and financial reporting
  • Power BI or similar experience
