Accounting Manager

A subsidiary of a Global Company is looking to hire an Accounting Manager for their Miami, FL office.

This is a hybrid office role: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements including general ledger analysis and reconciliations
  • Compile, prepare and analyze accounting reports
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
  • Assist in the budgeting, forecasting and annual planning process
  • Oversee A/P and A/R functions
  • Provide strategic analysis related to the business operations
  • Assist with annual audit procedures including documenting and monitoring of internal controls
  • Perform special accounting projects under the guidance of the CFO
  • Supervise, lead and mentor accounting staff

Requirements:

  • Active CPA license
  • National CPA Firm Audit experience
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Advanced MS Excel and large ERP software experience
