Talent Acquisition Specialist

Fort Lauderdale company that has been around for over 30 years, is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for supporting the company’s recruitment process, by sourcing, vetting candidates and assisting with the hiring and onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and select highly qualified candidates
  • Provide hiring managers with an applicant flow of candidates that are a match with job opening requirements
  • Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with hiring managers to provide service excellence, recruitment expertise and achievement of hiring objectives
  • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews and communicate feedback to the appropriate hiring managers
  • Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and new hire orientation
  • Manage and track individual applicant activity through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate and participate in various recruitment events (campus visits, career, and job fairs)
  • Partner with HR to provide seamless delivery of HR services/initiatives and assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of staffing policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
  • Advanced computer skills
