Fort Lauderdale company that has been around for over 30 years, is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for supporting the company’s recruitment process, by sourcing, vetting candidates and assisting with the hiring and onboarding process.
- Identify, recruit, and select highly qualified candidates
- Provide hiring managers with an applicant flow of candidates that are a match with job opening requirements
- Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with hiring managers to provide service excellence, recruitment expertise and achievement of hiring objectives
- Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews and communicate feedback to the appropriate hiring managers
- Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and new hire orientation
- Manage and track individual applicant activity through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate and participate in various recruitment events (campus visits, career, and job fairs)
- Partner with HR to provide seamless delivery of HR services/initiatives and assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of staffing policies and procedures
- 2 - 4 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
- Advanced computer skills
