A fantastic investment firm based in Aventura, FL is looking to hire a Bookkeeper. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, treasury, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all bank, custody accounts and lines of credit are reconciled
  • Manage account reconciliation process, prepare accounting records and reports to assist the investment team
  • Assist with adjusted journal entries
  • Prepare wire transfers and treasury functions
  • Upload financial and investor reporting documents into firm’s database
  • Provide admin support to the Controller as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of general bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel) and QuickBooks experience
