A fantastic investment firm based in Aventura, FL is looking to hire a Bookkeeper. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, treasury, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all bank, custody accounts and lines of credit are reconciled
- Manage account reconciliation process, prepare accounting records and reports to assist the investment team
- Assist with adjusted journal entries
- Prepare wire transfers and treasury functions
- Upload financial and investor reporting documents into firm’s database
- Provide admin support to the Controller as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of general bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Advanced MS Office (Excel) and QuickBooks experience
