A prestigious Private Equity Firm based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to bolster their finance team, focusing on financial reporting, planning, data management, analytical efforts and mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Craft and deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and presentations for essential stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with upper management and principal players for the operating entities to gather, scrutinize, and amalgamate financial data.
• Analyze financial performance against crucial business indicators to pinpoint financial risks and opportunities.
• Perform detailed variance analyses to compare actual financial outcomes with budgets, forecasts, and past year figures.
• Aid in developing long-term financial forecasts and models.
• Develop and uphold standardized reporting methodologies to boost efficiency and precision.
• Keep financial databases current, accurate, and dependable.
• Safeguard the integrity and uniformity of financial reports.
• Execute special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as requested by C-Level Executives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-6 years of financial analysis and reporting experience
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communicative competencies
• Power BI tools
