The CFO will report to the CEO and will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for coordinating the strategic and financial direction of the company
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the company including preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results
• Manage financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation and reporting
• Analyze long-range planning and strategic operational initiatives to the CEO
• Provide advice on the financial implications of new business activities
• Oversee the company's capital expenditure process
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience with a fast-paced, hands-on company and has demonstrated a successful track record as a CFO
• Strong business acumen and highly effective communication and negotiation skills
• MBA or CPA
