Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily office duties such as filing, copying, and ordering office supplies
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Answer, screen, and return phone calls and emails
  • Assist with correspondence, such as memos and letters, as well as data entry
  • Assist the C-Level Executives when needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of admin/office assistance experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
