An international corporation located in Miami is looking to hire a Controller. This individual will assist the CFO with accurate and timely financial reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of the accounting department, including general ledger account reconciliations
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial information
  • Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals
  • Manage budget and forecasting activities and analyze variances
  • Respond to inquiries from the CFO and Executives regarding financial results and special reporting requests
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department

Requirements:

  • CPA; Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 8 - 10 years of technical accounting experience
  • Advanced MS Excel and large ERP software experience
