National corporation based in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A). You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical projects as well as have direct contact with Senior Executives for this dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in the company’s FP&A and budgeting/forecasting process
• Work closely with corporate accounting and finance to assist with month/quarter/year-end variance analysis and financial reporting
• Perform a variety of analytical ad-hoc projects
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support corporate decision making
• Partner with operational teams on key business drivers of the business and to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business
• Work directly with Senior Executives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Experience working for a private equity backed company
• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
• Advanced experience in Excel
