Large company based in West Palm Beach, FL has a new opening for a Staff Accountant. This position will report directly to the Controller and assist with full-cycle accounting functions.

Office Situation:

• Monday through Friday in office (West Palm Beach)
• 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close procedures
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare and maintain journal entries
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist in annual audits
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports and provide them to management as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of corporate accounting experience
• Advanced MS Excel experience
