Corporate Controller

South Florida Recruiters - West Palm Beach, FL

Growing organization in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to hire a Corporate Controller.

This individual will present the financial conditions of the company to management and develop and maintain internal controls necessary to safeguard business assets and maintain accurate records. This individual will report directly to the C-Level Executives.


  • Prepare, consolidate, review, and analyze financial statements and submit to management
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations to ensure that all transactions are recorded in compliance with the Company's accounting processes and policies
  • Oversight of the accounting office personnel along with all aspects of the general ledger and financial statements
  • Reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts (inventory, receivables, liabilities, fixed assets, etc.)
  • Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by the management team
  • Assist with development of annual budgets and management of the budget variances throughout the year
  • Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations (KPI’s)
  • Actively manage expense structure and vendors
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Participate and contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual management meetings


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years at the Controller level
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial information to staff and management
