A Not-For-Profit organization located in Fort Lauderdale is looking to hire an Accounting Manager/Controller to oversee all aspects of the organizations accounting functions. In the position you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, directing ledger accounts and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of daily, monthly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Completes financial analyses of cash flow for presentation to CEO
- Coordinate tax reporting requirements; works with external accountants to file federal, state, payroll tax returns and any necessary filings
- Process payroll
- Prepare and monitor the budgets
- Coordinate the annual audit and assists external auditors
- Supervise and train staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience (NFP experience is preferred)
- Sage or any other ERP software experience
- Advanced Excel skills
