Commissioning Director

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of commissioning experience. He should have hands-on experience writing test procedures, performing prefunctional and functional tests, and writing commissioning reports. He should also have at least 5 years of experience supervising multi-project commissioning teams. He must have business development skills and must have been responsible for a business unit’s profit/loss performance. He must be a licensed professional engineer and must be certified by at least one of: ACG - Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), BCA – Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), or ASHRAE – Cx Process Mgmt. Professional (CPMP). The candidate must have excellent speaking and writing skills. We would like a person who has long stays with his prior employers (i.e., no short-term periods of employment). The successful candidate will not be required to relocate to El Paso or Corpus Christi.
