Design Department Lead

The Leader will have extensive design consultant experience working as a team member and as the group leader of a design department. He will schedule and coordinate Designers and provide quality control of the design groups deliverables. This position requires at least 10 (preferably more) years of hands-on-design and design team management, with extensive AutoCAD experience. AutoCAD 3D and Revit BIM experience is a plus. Although an engineering degree is not required, the position is open to engineers too.
