The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and scope.
• Develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with customer expectations and organizational priorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Assess scope changes, manage approvals, and coordinate necessary adjustments.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Analyze project performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support the management of small- to mid-scale projects under supervision.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in math and computer applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in project coordination or junior project management.
