JOB SUMMARY:

Large automotive parts manufacturer looking for a Data Analyst / Reporting Specialist to join rapidly expanding team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Candidate must possess exemplary attention to detail and excellent communication skills as conclusions from data will drive critical department initiatives. Accuracy is paramount.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, or similar field.

- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft Excel

- 1-3 years’ experience using SQL Server

- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus

- 1-3 years’ experience using Python

- Knowledge of Pandas is a plus

• Strong knowledge knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL Server
