Business / Reporting Analyst - eCommerce

We are looking for a Tableau skilled Business / Reporting Analyst to support the eCommerce effort. The successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating and sustaining growth for the eCommerce businesses. In this role, you will manage analytical projects and have the opportunity to partner with product, engineering & marketing teams to solve some of our digital businesses’ most challenging issues. You will have the opportunity to present data-driven recommendations & implement them across our various marketing channels.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Own reporting for the Performance Marketing team.
  • Lead measurement and analyses at a channel level, ensuring we are appropriately measuring performance and impact
  • Maintain and enhance (as needed) the existing reporting infrastructure and supporting Tableau dashboards
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, supporting test & learn approach to marketing channels – be capable of pulling and analyzing data independently, interpret results, suggest next steps
  • Monitor performance on site as well to enable a data-driven approach for marketing strategy
  • Turn business questions into functional analysis – understand the core impact in terms of sales, profitability, and KPIs
  • Develop and enable data-driven decision making by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and translating it into actionable insights
  • Support the marketing tags QA and implementation
  • Be the go-to expert for marketing intelligence. Proactively analyze information to help guide the business.



  • BS or MS degree in mathematics, engineering or statistics preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in an analytical role
  • Excellent analytical ability. Must have a data-driven approach to solving problems
  • Strong knowledge of the online measurement ecosystem, experience in collecting, analyzing, synthesizing data through API solutions preferred
  • Execution minded analyst including strong tool capabilities
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL (experience in writing complex SQL queries)
  • Experience with Data Visualization solutions using Tableau
  • Experience with Web analytics tools - Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • R or Python is a plus
  • Experience with Tag Management platforms (Google Tag Manager preferred)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and challenges to a wide range of audience levels
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player
