Rally Agile systems administration experience in an enterprise setting

Versed in Agile Methodologies: SAFe / Kanban

Strong customer service skills

Experience managing user accounts across workspaces (granting access, building permissions profiles, providing SSO access via assignment of access groups through SAML 2.0-compliant Identity Provider (IdP))

Generate view-only as well as full-access API keys linked to service accounts

Create new projects / team structure and have a strong understanding of the project portfolio hierarchy as it relates to SAFe agile standards

Knowledge of various types of permissions; workspace vs. project level, and how to configure them based on defined roles

Firm understanding of timeboxes (Releases / Iterations) and how they roll up based on start and end dates

Experience with Dashboard customization, configuration, user interface personalization, and saving and sharing views

Ability to accurately reference and transcribe data from various sources to user profiles and work item configuration forms

Troubleshoot Rally application issues and log support tickets with the vendor

Experience using source control tools such as Github a plus

Ability to consistently provide user support within the department SLA

AWS Support for Rally reflectors and integrations.

Ability to Control system design practice within an enterprise or industry architecture.

Influence industry-based models for the development of new technology applications.

Develop effective implementation and procurement strategies, consistent with business needs.

Ensure adherence to relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience

Working experience in design, development, and implementation of software systems

Working experience in specific platform technology

Working experience with 3rd party software implementations and 3rd party integration.

Working experience with specific platform’s capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to customers

Oracle EBS, Adobe Experience Manager, Pega, Salesforce, Informatica, TIBCO, CA Service Virtualization, Version One, Quality Center, Service Now, Akamai, Amazon Web Services, Cassandra, Hadoop

Target Years of Exp: 2 - 3 years systems administrator experience working with Agile Lifecycle Management tools: User management, Systems configuration, Integrations via APIs

Top 5 Must Haves: Firm understanding of Agile in an enterprise setting: SAFe, Kanban, Scrum
Highly experienced using ticket support systems to manage access and availability of services, fulfill service requests, and resolve incidents
Knowledge of system APIs and relationships between ALM tools and other cloud based software, such as Salesforce
Nice to have: AWS deployments utilizing S3, Lambda, and API Gateway
