Job Description:
Next Industries, a leading distributor of high-quality machine tools, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Machine Tool Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing expert advice on our diverse range of machine tool products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for machine tool sales and service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions from our portfolio of machine tools and related products.
- Achieve sales goals and targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on our machine tool capabilities.
- Provide on-site support to ensure smooth installation, setup, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide customized solutions.
- Keep current with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in machine tools.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in machine tool sales or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of machine tools, CNC machinery, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
