Digital Media Planner

The ideal candidate will understand and have experience developing digital media and marketing strategies for clients. They will know the in’s and out’s of both paid and organic efforts, and utilize the results to optimize a client’s entire marketing mix. They will understand how to budget across channels to maximize efficiency and exceed client business goals. We need an individual who can collaborate with a team to do the best work of their career.

You will need to be nimble. You will be asked to provide solutions across many different business categories to achieve very different business goals. The position will change and evolve quickly, and the candidate will drive much of that evolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan paid digital media and organic marketing initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Implement digital marketing best practices within the agency
  • Analyze data and research to identify strategic opportunities for our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies
  • Provide business insights to clients based on business goals and campaign performance data
  • Maintain the desire to do great work

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate to drive solutions
  • Ability to lead and complete concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
  • Experience presenting analysis and recommendations in a way that's most relevant for a given audience
  • Experience with paid display media partners
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media planning
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience
