We are looking for a strong Residential Property Manager for a large real estate company with property in Red Deer. The company is looking for someone that has top notch communication skills and is a team player.

Role Overview:

The residential property manager will be in charge of 300+ doors across multiple buildings. With a goal of maintaining and improving all operational processes to ensure the continued success of each building.

Duties:

• Maintain and manage 300 suites
• Ensure all team members understand their role and are completing daily tasks
• Manage all tenants requests
• Able to work with senior leaders to create budgets for the short and long term
• Work closely with the leasing team to ensure the buildings have new tenants as well as renewals from current tenants

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing 300+ suites
• Must have a strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Ability to manage a small team
• Yardi experience is a benefit
