Our client who is a midsized general contractor in interior BC has an amazing opportunity for a Mechanical Division Manager to run the Division from top to bottom.
They have been established for over 10 years and have grown the business year over year to a turnover of $40 million per year with a focus in Waste Water Treatment Plant/Sewage Water Treatment plants, Commercial and Institutional Projects. They self execute in concrete and mechanical.
Oversee, develop and grow the existing Mechanical Division.
Bid/Procure Mechanical packages as a subcontractor on large scale Institutional/Commercial projects along with pricing Mechanical packages in WWTP/SWTP which the client will construct as a GC.
Develop, lead, mentor and provide stewardship to existing Mechanical team.
Full responsibility for profit and loss of division, oversee operations with respect to the division from top to bottom.
Manage the portfolio of projects from a commercial/contractual standing.
Over 15 years working for a Mechanical Contractor in the capacity of Senior Project Manager, Operation Manager or General Manager with full accountability for running large scale projects or operations.
Experience in large scale mechanical packages on commercial and institutional projects, ideally have experience with Mechanical process on a self execute basis on WWTP/SWTP construction projects
Experience in both the estimating/procuring and execution of Mechanical construction projects.
