What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage diverse commercial land development projects, from 10,000-acre tracts on Lake Norman to high-rises in Charlotte, luxury homes on Kiawah Island, and everything in between.
• Work on a wide variety of private-sector projects - no DOT work, no high-pressure highway jobs.
• Collaborate with a talented team of survey professionals
• Contribute to strategic growth decisions and, over time, step into a partner-owner role in the company.

What We’re Looking For

• Active North Carolina PLS license
• 10+ years of surveying experience, ideally with land development focus
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to help shape the future of the company
