Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Data Processing: Review and process survey data, perform accurate calculations, and execute precise conversions.
• Boundary Expertise: Recreate parcel boundaries with meticulous attention to detail.
• Alignment Development: Create roadway alignments and Right of Ways from record documents.
• Topographic Surveys: Conduct comprehensive topographic surveys to ensure high-quality results.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Extensive experience in reviewing and processing survey data.
• Demonstrated expertise in recreating parcel boundaries.
• Solid understanding of roadway alignments and Right of Ways.
• Proven ability to conduct and interpret topographic surveys.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MicroStation.
• Knowledge and experience in laser scanning techniques.
• Certified Survey Technician (CST) certification.
