We are a leading site development company seeking experienced Survey Crew Chiefs to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you’ll be working with the latest Trimble Robotic Total Stations and Trimble GPS equipment to support construction and development projects across Central Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Lead survey crews on a variety of construction and site development projects.
• Perform boundary, topographic, layout, and control surveys.
• Utilize Trimble robotic instruments and GPS to collect and stakeout data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company SOPs, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, field teams, and clients.
• Maintain company-assigned truck and equipment (kept at home, report directly to job site).

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Survey Crew Chief (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Trimble Robotic and GPS systems.
• Solid understanding of construction and site development projects.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to follow SOPs and meet demanding project requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work ~45 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays.
