What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed boundary, right-of-way, topographic, and ALTA survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Process and convert field data collected by survey crews into polished final deliverables
• Review deeds, plats, and record maps to ensure boundary and ROW accuracy
• Maintain drawing organization and CAD standards across multiple projects
• Collaborate closely with Project Surveyors and field crews to resolve discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of land surveying drafting experience (Civil 3D proficiency required)
• Strong understanding of boundary and right-of-way surveys
• Ability to interpret survey data, legal descriptions, and field notes
• Detail-oriented mindset with solid organizational skills
• Team player who can also work independently when needed
