This Broker in the Greater Salt Lake area is looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their thriving team.

As the Account Manager, you manage the client lifecycle and will:

  • Build relationships through advocacy, conversations, and instruction in a way that captivates your clients to keep coming back
  • Prepare your clients with plans of action and work through the process in advance of renewals, policy changes and more
  • Exemplify the reputation and brand of the agency and how it delivers on promises during times of predicaments
  • Understand client’s coverage, negotiate with external clients to satisfy each and every need, even before they anticipate these needs
  • Directly impact retention and help attract even more clients given the resources and expertise you provide
  • Uphold positive working relationships with clear communication for all clients, carriers, underwriters, and vendors


As the primary point of contact for the client’s daily needs, you live out the promise of offering great service and knowledge about Property and Casualty insurance.

Your book of business will have a mixture of industry types, from industrial and construction to non-profits and social services, focusing in middle market accounts.


The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of progressive Property & Casualty expertise, coverage knowledge, policy modifications, and ultimately experience in resolving issues of clients you manage while proving success.

Must have State Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain within 90-days of hire.
