Qualifications

Are you looking for a career with an exceptional organization?

We are looking for candidates with experience selling Aesthetic Lasers or candidates familiar with the skin care sales industry.

Candidates should be highly motivated and based in St. Louis or Kansas City to aggressively prospect and develop new Medical/Aesthetic customers in a multistate Southern Midwest Territory.

The position requires a high volume of cold calling and strong hunting skills. Primarily call point is physician offices (Aesthetic - Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Med Spas and GYN Surgeons).

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, organized, and self-directed individual seeking to take their sales career to the next level. Candidates will identify decision makers and evaluate buying process to determine prospects' business needs and goals to identify solutions, to perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows and to build strong networks within the organization, the defined territory, and the Aesthetic industry.

Requirements

Aesthetic Device Experience:

  • Strong, broad network of dermatology/plastic surgery/medspa customers and good relationships, and a good track record.
  • If lasers, an ideal candidate would potentially have 1.5-2 years as a Territory Sales Manager.
  • ASMs with a track record of success - are you unhappy, looking for better culture, etc.?
  • Or Associate Sales Representatives with excellent prospecting skills, relationship building skills, knowledge, who is looking for an opportunity to grow.

Pharmaceutical - Aesthetics/Injectables

  • Must have a strong, broad network of dermatology/plastic surgery/medspa customers and good relationships, and a good track record. Ideally paired with capital equipment sales experience at some point in career

Additionally:

  • Must be highly technical or have clinical experience
  • Must have demonstrated high volume lead generation and proven track record in closing deals; documented sales achievements/performance (quota, awards, etc.)
  • Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales and marketing strategies and principles
  • Hunter at heart, money motivated, highly driven, should have a strong passion for prospecting
  • Ability to manage a complex sell
  • Ability to Travel 40-50% overnight
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
