Who Are They?
My client is a Series A startup with plans to be the next big AI Startup. They are building the first Enterprise AI-First Cybersecurity platform that will dynamically adapt to evolving threats using continuous risk assessment and real-time threat detection. Their target is the $50 billion digital identity market. Their Founder has successfully exited 3 companies in his career.
What's the Job?
As the first Machine Learning Engineer on their team, you will be developing, training and fine-tune machine learning models, focusing on the system's core AI functionality
You will collaborate with data engineers to pre-process data for ingestion.
You will experiment with Nvidia’s NVLM models, optimize models using TensorRT and deployment via CUDA hardware.
Finally, you will set up A/B testing plans, tools and experiments to observe and improve model performance.
Their product is an enterprise cybersecurity product, so you should be comfortable with and excited about designing a product in this area.
Requirements
• Expert programming knowledge of Python with experience in AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Nvidia Triton).
• Experience training large models on GPU’s.
• It would be good if you have strong understanding of Nvidia’a AI stack (CUDA, TensorRT, NVLM).
Compensation
• $160,000 - $205,000 Base Salary
• Annual Bonus

Location
This position is located in Dallas, Texas, in Highland Park. You will be required to work in the office five days a week.
