Compensation
• $350,000 - $750,000 Total Compensation depending on level of experience.

What's the Job?
• You will be working in a pod environment helping to generate alpha ideas and perform research to develop trading strategies.
• They have several pods, and you will be joining a group that supports a particular trading strategy based upon your background and experience.
• Their pods vary in focus including equities, futures and FX.
• You will be using your knowledge from your Masters or PhD in a STEM field to develop advanced machine learning models to execute trading strategies.
• You will be using your experience in finance (professionally or otherwise) and using that to develop strategies.
