Rate: $60 to $70 Per hour

Project Scope:

support the current backlog of work and FTE vacancy on the HB/Claims Team. Day-to-Day ticket resolution Collaborate with Operational owners and prioritize workload

Roles/Responsibilities:

Day to day collaboration with Billing Teams Collaborate, prioritize and mentor HIT support staff on pending and complex issues

Mandatory Skills:

1. Epic Hospital Billing Certification
2. Epic Hospital Billing Claims Certification
3. 3yrs support production support in an Epic Hospital Billing environment.
4. Statements, DNB's, Client Billing, Correctional Health.
5. Ability to assess complex claims logic and work with 3rd party clearinghouse Experian
