This position focuses on direct placement of top talent, fostering long-term client partnerships, and driving growth in national, industrial, and mission-critical construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and place executive and skilled candidates directly with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients across the construction industry.
• Drive new business development while growing and retaining existing accounts.
• Understand client staffing needs and deliver customized, strategic solutions.
• Promote safety and compliance for craft professionals at client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction recruitment with direct placement focus.
• Deep knowledge of national, industrial, and mission-critical construction sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and sustaining long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in business development, including new client acquisition.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
